Description
It's important to know (for the wireshark dissector or any other higher level program) if the message from the card is an ATR or a regular APDU. Different formatting/structure applies to both cases!
The firmware should thus send some kind of tag along whenever there is an ATR sent via USB. That flag should be carried on in the GSMTAP header.
